FujiFarms established in 2004 up in the high country of Waimea, on the Big Island of Hawaii- is all about natural healthy produce. We are growing a wide range of products to support our own restaurants and other dining establishments on the big island. A family operation, we are planting, weeding and harvesting every day. Selecting the best produce to support our two Big Island eateries- Fujimamas in Kailua Kona and Huli Sue's BBQ and Grill which is right down from the farm on the Mamalahoa Highway. Following in the foot steps of slow food and sustainable agriculture inspired chefs like Alice Waters, Our own Executive Chef Mark Vann got into the business of Farming so that he can cook and create with interesting, high quality vegetables, and heritage produce of all kinds. Controlling the supply and finding new fantastic flavors lead Chef Vann to starting his own green, culinary oasis at FUJIFARMS here on the Big Island.
